K10 Group are bespoke ultra-prime residential developers, focusing on acquiring historic buildings and important sites in world-class addresses and delivering exceptional one-of-a-kind luxury residential projects. Our projects include private palaces, mansions, trophy houses and outstanding lateral apartments and penthouses.

With offices in London’s Knightsbridge and led by founder and Chief Executive Kam Babaee, K10 Group focus on the finest addresses in London’s ‘platinum triangle’ – Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia. K10 also have trophy projects in other world-class addresses such as The Bishop’s Avenue, Wentworth and Richmond.

The company have developed in excess of £250 million of ultra-prime real estate and has a three-year pipeline of trophy residential projects with GDV values ranging from £35 million to in excess of £100 million.

HISTORY

The K10 Group can trace their origins back almost 20 years ago. In 2000 Kam Babaee began utilising the profits from his established supercar business to purchase and refurbish apartments and houses, initially in West London and from 2004 in Prime Central London. In 2008 he officially launched K10 Group. The company invests in quality not quantity, typically undertaking 2-3 projects per year, with a focus on trophy assets and complex sites.

MANAGING TEAM

KAM BABAEE – CEO AND FOUNDER

British business entrepreneur Kam Babaee has some 20 years experience in luxury property development in both the UK and internationally. He brings his own vision and artistic flair to each K10 Group project. Kam personally reviews all aspects of each project from master-planning, delivery timescales and materials; down to the custom-design of door-handles, wardrobes, light fittings, bespoke paint colours and finishes. The result is a dynamic company, passionate about delivering outstanding quality, evident from its superb craftsmanship, exceptional finishes and fine attention to detail.

GREG KUBIK – DIRECTOR AND PARTNER

Highly regarded and well-respected in the construction industry, Greg Kubik has decades of experience building and renovating high-end architecturally-designed properties. Having worked on construction projects at ground and top level, Greg has acquired in-depth knowledge of both the finer details and the larger aspects of build projects. His decades of experience working in a vast range of construction and engineering roles has given him a 360 vision when it comes to projects. This in turn has allowed him to work closely with clients, generating ideas and solutions that will not only look good, but that are functional and durable. His extensive expertise and diverse background has allowed him to understand a clients goals, whilst managing their expectations in order to deliver projects on time and on budget.

APPROACH

The group undertakes direct development under the K10 brand name, for both open market sale and private client work. The company also undertakes projects in joint venture, with the completed projects either retained within the investment portfolio of the investment partner, or placed on the market as a prestigious and highly exclusive sales offering.

For each project K10 Group assemble an outstanding project team. The team combines the company’s in-house resource of highly-qualified and experienced development managers, designers and draftsmen, who work alongside award winning consultants and influential leaders in the world of luxury real estate.
