From a newly built townhouse-mansion in Mayfair to the restoration of one of London's most important stately homes, the K10 portfolio spans the capital's finest addresses. Each project is conceived as a one-of-a-kind residence, acquired, designed and delivered to an exacting specification.

These properties are developed both for private clients and for open-market sale, and the standard is set before the destination is.

Culross House

A newly built townhouse-mansion on Culross Street, in the heart of Mayfair. The site traces its history to 1814, and its transformation by K10 took some two and a half years, built to an exacting and luxurious specification.

The interiors, created with international design house Argent Design, celebrate the best of British classic design: key rooms are inspired by celebrated five-star hotels, with bespoke furniture throughout.

The house was let in February 2021 for £1.55 million a year, with £3.1 million paid in advance, reported at the time by Prime Resi, Abode2 and Homes & Property. It has been filmed for CNBC's Secret Lives of the Super Rich and for Channel 5, and in 2022 Spear's named it Prime Property of the Week.

A classical red-brick residence in Knightsbridge, reimagined by K10 behind its period facade. Formal reception rooms open onto a landscaped garden terrace, with entertaining spaces arranged around a private bar and a marble-lined subterranean pool.
