Privacy Policy

How K10 Group handles personal information, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated 14 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information K10 Group collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain English rather than legal shorthand, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

Who We Are

K10 Group Limited is the data controller for this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17271327, with our registered office at 305 Goldhawk Road, Studio 3, London W12 8EU. You can reach us at info@k10group.com.

What This Website Collects

Very little. This is a static website. It has no forms, no accounts and no logins, and it does not set cookies. There are two ways we may end up with information about you.

If you write to us. Our contact page opens your own mail application. Nothing is submitted through this website, so we only ever receive what you choose to put in your message: usually your name, your email address and the details of your enquiry.

Server logs. Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical records of requests, including IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These exist to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. It carries no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything. If that ever changes we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary.

Video from YouTube

Our press page features television films and interviews hosted on YouTube. The preview images are served from our own domain, so reading the page does not tell Google that you visited. Only when you choose to play a film do we load YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, at which point YouTube receives your IP address and its own terms apply. Nothing from YouTube loads until you click.

Why We May Use Your Information

Where we do hold personal information, we rely on one of two lawful bases.

  • Our legitimate interests in replying to correspondence you have sent us, and in operating and securing this website
  • Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where your enquiry concerns a property or a project

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf in order to serve the site, and with anyone we are required by law to share it with. Where information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to UK standards.

How Long We Keep It

Correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of it. Server logs are kept for a short period. We do not keep personal information for longer than we need it.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • correct information that is wrong
  • erase information
  • restrict how we use it
  • stop using it, where you object to our doing so
  • transfer it to someone else

To exercise any of these, email info@k10group.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Links to Other Websites

Our press page links to articles published by newspapers and magazines. We are not responsible for their content, or for how they handle your information. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
